He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McDonough and Margaret McDonough; his wife Patricia F. McDonough (Fournier); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his children, Thomas V. McDonough Jr. and Tricia Rudnisky (Michael) of West Roxbury; his grandchildren, Molly, Sean, Meaghan McDonough, Thomas, Patrick and MaryKate Rudnisky; and his siblings, Jack McDonough, Ann Higgins, Emmett and Jane Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
