He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas B. Francis and Ruth T. Francis (Fitzmaurice); his wife Bonnie M. Francis (Gauthier); and his brother Paul Francis. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Francis III of Dedham, Sean P. Francis (Marcia) of Bridgewater and Kimberly Nellany of Quincy; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Francis, Daniel Francis, Jason Francis, Michael Nellany, Devin Nellany and Matthew Nellany; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Francis of Milton, Joan Sheehan of Milton and Jean Perrault of Illinois.
