She was predeceased by: her husband James G. Costello; her son Michael Costello; and her siblings, Frederick, Mabel Turner, Edmund, Teresa McGrath, Walter, Robert and Albert.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel, Eileen Costello of Jamaica Plain and Steven (Lee) of Braintree. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
