He is survived by: his spouse Leigh A. DeLosh (Buttner); the father of his child Lauren Choquet (DeLosh); his sons, John M. DeLosh and Matthew J. DeLosh of Hyde Park; his grandson Maxwell Choquet; his brother Leonard DeLosh (Ellen) of Kingston; his aunt Ann Dow (DeLosh) of Roslindale; and also Adam R. Choquet of Chelsea. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
