She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Chapski and Edith Chapski (Sein); her husband Warren F. Tately, Sr.; and her brother Peter Chapski. She is survived by: her son Warren F. "Skip" Tately Jr. (Linda) of Walpole; her grandchildren, Pamela C. Aube (Brandon) of West Bridgewater, Carilyn M. Cannon (Seth) of Bourne and Gregory P. Tately (Gabrielle) of Foxborough; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew, Brooke, Brian, Keira, Kate and Nathan.
