He is survived by: his wife Paulette Geneus (Desir); his children, Emmanuela Geneus Maurissaint (Kemcy), Jackson Geneus and Nancy Genes Desrosiers (Elne); his grandchildren, Christelle, Emmanuel, Medgie, Jaren, Renaldy and Woodjany; and his siblings, Ovanier, Jeanine, Luciene and Lumane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
