She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Phillips and Dorothy Phillips; and her brothers, Wendell Phillips, Jr. and Bruce Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Atkins of Hyde Park, Scott Blomquist (Tracy) of Carver, Joseph Blomquist of Norwood and Dina Lima (Joseph) of Hyde Park; her brother Craig Phillips (Karen) of Uxbridge; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Scott Jr., Kristy, Conor, Lucille, Cecilia, Alicia, Lillian and Emma. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
