He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Kelly and Bertha Kelly; his son Sean (Michelle); his granddaughter Joi; his siblings, Charleen Heard (Donald), Irene Briggs, Wallace King (Jacqueline) and Bernard Kelly (Ashley); his wife Berrita; and his daughter Joi. He was also cherished by eleven nieces and nephews and eight great-grandnieces and nephews.
Masks must be worn and social distancing observed in the funeral home and church.
