She was predeceased by: her husband Edward W. Zak; her parents, Michael Sabina and Anastasia Sabina (Macewicz); and her siblings, Joseph J. Sabina, Mary M. Leganowicz (Sabina), Charlotte A. Ruskiewicz (Sabina), Pauline (Polly), Francis Sabina (Frank), Edward A. Sabina and Michael I. Sabina.

She is survived by: her children, Michael B. Zak (Barbara) of Inman, S. C. and Mary Ellen Zak of West Dennis; and her grandsons, Jason of Inman and Kevin of Oahu.
