He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sarah (Sally); his parents, Charles T. Williams and Mildred E. Williams; his children, Gail, R. Scott Williams and Susan M. Grenier; his sister Evelyn Conlin; and his grandchildren, Vaughn P. Grenier, Marla E. Grenier, Brianna Cabral and Katelyn Cabral. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
