He was predeceased by: his wife Isabelle A. Looney (Conway); his daughter Christine Newell; and his sisters, Marian Frazier, Marjorie Ray Hayes and Patricia Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Looney of Mashpee, Susan Keogh (Thomas) of Mansfield, Patricia Morizio of Hyannis and Richard Jr. (Kristine) of Goffstown, NH; and his grandchildren, Tara Paul (Max), Stephanie Newell (Alphonso Perez-Lopez), Michael Morizio (Megan Hawes), Patrick Keogh (Brenna), Jessica Brown (Ethan), Daniel Morizio (Kara Briggs), Molly Riley (Michael), Nicole Looney, Erin Hanlon (John) and Jenna Samrout (Wissam). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
