He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Magee and Jean Magee (Gordon); his wife Ann K. "Nancy" Magee (Deery); and his sister Nancy Devine. He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Magee of Quincy and Alyssa K. Magee of Hyannis; and his sister Helen Cohane of Worcester.
