He was predeceased by: his parents, Olav Risdal and Mabel Risdal of Skudeneshavn; and his siblings-in-law, Domings and Dorothy Maseda of Tisbury, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Risdal of Hyannis, MA; his daughters, Kirsten Risdal of Hyannis, MA and Heather Perez (Risdal); his son-in-law Antonio Perez; his granddaughters, Kylie, Kira of Akron, OH, Theressa Risdal of Manchester, NH, Kelley Risdal and Wally Tomkins of Oak Bluffs, MA.; and also Norway.
We joked as a family that in lieu of flowers people should bring scratch tickets for my mom to play in his memory; he smiled and laughed at the thought of that, "That would be a story to tell" with a smile.
