It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mozart Perry Moniz Jr. of Hyannis, Massachusetts, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozart Perry and Mary Angela Moniz (Medeiros); and his brother Russell John Moniz. He is survived by: his wife Claudia M. Moniz (Camara); his son Peter Moniz (Lorie); his grandchildren, Morgan and Mason of Mashpee, MA; his son Damian Moniz of Hyannis, MA.; and his sister Kathleen Perry of Rhode Island.
