Melaine Miranda Obituary

Melaine Miranda passed away peacefully at home with her family, on December 8, 2022, at the age of 62, after a courageous eight-year battle with breast cancer.
Melaine was born in Fall River, Massachusetts. She is survived by her father Leonard, her brother Matt and sister Michelle, her seven children Charles, Brendan, Ian, Jeff, Jezell, Kim, Cory, and her nine grandchildren.
Melaine spent her life caring for others by doing foster care and daycare. She had a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, bred boxers and loved all animals, enjoyed being outdoors, especially at the beach.
But, more than anything Melaine loved spending time with her friends and family.
At Melaine's request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead, the family is planning a celebration of life for the summer and will reach out to family and loved ones with details.
