He is survived by: his son James Stojak; his siblings, Margo Santangelo, Laurie Fogel and Arthur Stojak Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Dondi Stojak and David Fogel; his nieces and nephews, Hunter Stojak, Christine DeBalsi, Daniel Santangelo, Tiffany Santangelo and Amanda Santangelo; and his aunts, Jean Duce and Nancy Zych. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephew.
