He is survived by: his daughters, Cassidy Nicholson and Zoey Nicholson; the mother of his children Samantha Aronne; his parents, Sharon Miller and Stephen Nicholson (Doris); his grandparents, Stephen and Suzanne; and his siblings, Kelly, Elias and James. He is also survived by the many cousins and friends.
