He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann O'Brien (John Lockwood) and Craig; and his siblings, Kelly Ann and Brian Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Craig Lockwood, Jr., E. Falmouth and Jennifer Sanders of Bourne; and his brothers, John Lockwood of Mashpee, Kevin Lockwood of Pennsylvania and Jeff Lockwood of North Carolina. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Craig's honor to The Lily House, a hospice home for living and dying. Contributions can be made at https://www.thelilyhouse.org.
