He is survived by: his mother Hong Du; his sisters, Queenie H. Kistner, Linh H. Chan and Nhi H. Phu; his sisters-in-law, Sanchita Phu and Ana Phu; his brother Cuong Q Phu; his brothers-in-law, Sam Chi Chan, Dean Kistner and Dan Cotto; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Chan, Sarina Van Zyl, Caitlin Phu, Andrew Phu, Jonathan Phu and Matthew Phu.
