It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Charles O'Neil Jr. (Hyannis Port, Massachusetts), born in Hyannis, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Francis C. O'Neil; and his brother Jeffrey O'Neil. He is survived by: his mother Marie O'Neil (O'Hare) of Hyannis Port; his sibling Wianno Senior; his close friend Sheila Bournival; his siblings, Stephen O'Neil (Louise) of Hyannis, MA, Margaret O'Neil Holden (Rick) of Duxbury, MA, Cheryl Weber (Hans-Peter) of Boston, MA and Terry Jaxtimer (E. J.) of Osterville, MA; his nieces and nephews, Richmond Holden (Kathryn), Carly Holden (Randall Carter), Harry Holden, Jeffrey O'Neil (Jillian), Bonnie O'Neil, Shannon Weber, Christopher Weber, Jonathan Jaxtimer (Elizabeth), Jamie Jaxtimer and Sam Jaxtimer; his great-nephew Ry Holden; and also Laura O'Neill (Hugh). He is also survived by his father and brothers.

When it came to sailing, my skills were extremely limited; so when he saw me on the pier we always had a ton of laughs. Frankly, Francis made a huge impact in my life growing up. He would talk to anyone when approached and with his personality you could tell he made a huge impression.Fantastic person great friend!”
