With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Beatty Jr. of Huntington, Massachusetts, born in Charlestown, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 15, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel and Joseph Beatty, Sr.; his former wife Ellen Beatty; his siblings, Anne Dezotell, Marion Rock and James Beatty; and his granddaughter Emma Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Beatty (LaFlamme); his children, Carl (Brenda) of Ohio, Linda Lafond (Fred) of Lady Lake, FL and Karen Corey (Bill); his stepchildren, Carol Ann Ruszala of Westfield, Richard Laflamme, Mary Millette of Amelia Island, Marie Thompson of Enfield, Joseph LaFlamme of Springfield, MA and Christopher LaFlamme; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Nicole, Jacqueline, Melissa, Heather, Mary Ellen, Shannon, Jesse, Sean, Lucien, Nicholas, Joseph, Tiffany and Vanessa. He is also survived by grandchildren, Joseph leaves many nieces and nephews, 8 great grand-children and many friends.
