She is survived by: her children, James Smith of West Roxbury, Stephen, Miriam Smith (Smith) of Medfield, Kevin, Sheila Smith (Dewan) of West Roxbury, Nancy, Mark Nelligan of Humarock, Maureen, Thomas Duff of Dedham, Carol, Robert O'Donnell of Scituate and Christopher Serra of Lakewood Ranch, FL.; her grandchildren, Kerry, Erin Nelligan, Joseph (Nicole), Brian, Patrick, Alison Smith, Matthew Smith, Margaret, Ellen, Lily, Edward O'Donnell and Anna Duff; her siblings, James Walsh (Kathy), Patricia Lyons, Dennis and Edward Walsh; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Collins, Anne Walters, Barbara Hebert, Peter and Paul Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many great friends.
