He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Slawsby; his children, Stuart, Deborah Slawsby, Dr. Ellen Slawsby and James Boudreaux; his grandchildren, Joshua Slawsby and Alexandra "Lexi" Boudreaux; and his siblings, Harold, Ann Slawsby, Dennis and Mary Slawsby.
