He was predeceased by: his father Russell Edward Goulart of Florida. He is survived by: his child Russell Joseph Goulart, Jr. of Hull, MA.; his mother Barbara Bogart Goulart of Hull, MA; his siblings, Mary Goulart-Kerr, Tracey Masterson, Gina Fitzmaurice and Joshua Goulart; and his cousin Bob Keough. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
