He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bouchard and Carmen Bouchard (Forbes); and his brother Ronald Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Bouchard (Matthews); his children, Jennifer Bouchard of Abington, Jillian (Frank Pagington) of Gansevoort, NY, Richard (Heather Burns) of Norfolk, MA and Charleen Burns of Quincy; his siblings, Donna (Phil Sharpe) of Seattle, WA, Robert (Pam Bouchard) of Nashville, TN, Marylou (Leo Stetson) of Ludlow, MA, Thomas Bouchard of Quincy, George Bouchard of Weymouth and Joyce Bouchard of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Jake, Cameron, Ryan, Jason, Dylan, Gregory and Tristi; and his nieces and nephews, Leighanne, Dean, Stacey, Kenneth, Elizabeth, Corey, Brittany, Courtney, Kevin and Kory.
