She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Gwilliam (Fitzsimons) and Joseph Glenfeadon Gwilliam; her husband Lorenzo Dennis Merrill; her siblings, Joseph Gwilliam, William Gwilliam, Arthur Gwilliam, Doreen "Betty" Gwilliam and Norman Gwilliam; and her close friends, Ruth Frank, Mary Dodd, Linda Doyle and Marie Long.
She is survived by: her niece Joan Gwilliam Alcock; and her close friend Bella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
