He is survived by: his children, Kevin Costello (Lynn), Elaine Costello (Sara), Jack Costello (Lorri) and Marybeth Nance (Joel); his grandchildren, Sarah (Richard), Timothy, Alyce and Gregory; his great grandchild Logan; his niece Jennifer Holbrook; and his sister-in-law Janet Madigan Holbrook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
