He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia. He is survived by: his children, David Kellem (Kristin Beane), Steven Kellem (Andraea McKenney) and Amy Slotnick (Dan); and his grandchildren, Sarah Rubin (Matt), Jordan Kellem (Katie), Matthew Kellem, Noah Kellem, Will Kellem and Nell Asbrand.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be kindly made to Temple Beth Shalom of Hull or the Hull Scholarship Fund (care of Hingham Institution for Savings in Hull).
