He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip A. Madonia Sr. and Lucy D. Madonia (Amico); and his brother Robert C. Madonia. He is survived by: his wife Susan Carr-Madonia; his children, Joseph, Donna and Cheryl; and his brother Philip A. Madonia Jr. of Fitchburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
