She is survived by: her husband Gerard J. "Jerry" Fay of Englewood, Fla.; her nieces and nephews, Janet Fay Johnson of Hull, Emily "Lee", Tracey Fay of Quincy, Wendel Plumbo (Gerry) of Parrish and Clydette Ray (David) of Seymour, Tenn.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Christopher McCurdy, Catherine McCurdy and Brandon Clevenger; and also Brodie Clevenger.
