He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Harper and Barbara Harper. He is survived by: his wife Karen Harper (McLaughlin); his children, Kelly Gibson (Harper) and Connor Harper; his son-in-law Matt Gibson; and his siblings, Steve, Pete and Laura. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
