She was predeceased by: her husband John Paul McCarthy; her son John Paul McCarthy, Jr.; her parents, James J. Sullivan and Mary Florence Sullivan (McNichols); and her siblings, Marie Shaughnessy, Dorothy Shea, William Sullivan and James Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Paul McCarthy (Deborah), Ellen Tierney (Michael), Stephen McCarthy and Brian McCarthy; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Kelly Rose, Shannon, Brendan, Meaghan, Elizabeth, Michael, Hayley and Daniel.
