He is survived by: his mother Helen Reske; and his siblings, John (Cathy Sullivan) of Marlborough, Michael of Hudson, Mary Trudeau (Mark) of Leominster and Coleen Ferris (Michael) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by four nieces and 3 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made in Bills memory to the Fisher House Foundation -fisherhouse.org.
