He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Ruby Sr. and Kathleen A. Ruby (Coggins); and his brother John E. Ruby Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Ruby (Debra Amell) of Hudson, MA, Roseanna Stevens (Daniel) of Augusta, ME, Dawn Nogueira (Antonio) of Hudson, MA and Janet Minardi (John Sousa) of Ellerbe, NC.; his niece Crystal Farmer (Anthony); his great-nephew Jack of Gardiner, ME; and his nephews, John E. Ruby, III (Brittany) of Marlborough, MA, Steven Ruby of Ellerbe, NC and Brian Minardi of Ellerbe, NC. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
