We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Timothy W. Varakis of Hudson, Massachusetts, born in Brighton, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Varakis and Mary Varakis (Burns); and his brother Jerry Varakis of West Roxbury, MA. He is survived by: his wife Marie Varakis (Scafidi) of Hudson, MA.; his children, Timothy Varakis (Melissa) of Lowell, MA, Matthew Varakis (Maria) of Clinton, MA, Alicia Prendable (Mark) of Billerica, MA and Sarah Tower (Joey) of Hudson, MA; his grandchildren, Zachary, Ava Varakis of Clinton, MA, Olivia, Ethan Prendable of Billerica, MA and Lilah Tower of Hudson, MA.; his sisters, Mary "Candy" Henke (Dan) of California and Lorraine Torrielli (Larry) of Watertown, MA; and his sister-in-law Mary Varakis (Timothy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home (50 Central St, Hudson, MA 01749). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Timothy may be made to: The American Heart Association.
