He was predeceased by: his cousin Chris. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Chaves (Ernie) and Paula Chaves; his sister Cassandra B. Chaves; his grandmother Ermelinda Chaves; his aunt Elsa Panneton; his cousins, DJ and Hunter; his aunt Laurie; his uncle Michael Lowe; his cousin Matthew (Meghan); his aunt Frannie; his uncle Terry Barry; his cousin Katie (Ben Hartley); his godparents, Jim (Verna) and Karen (Mario Figueiredo); his cousins, Anabelle, George Anastas and Kerri Anastas; and also James. He is also survived by many close friends and extended family.
