He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Radivonyk (Viens); his parents, Joseph Radivonyk and Anna Radivonyk (Meluskuti); and his brother Joseph Radivonyk. He is survived by: his daughters, Priscilla Johnson (Richard) of North Brookfield, MA and Cheryl Johnson (David) of Warren, MA; his grandchildren, Tammy Gustafson, Melody Johnson, Richard S. Johnson and David Johnson; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Samael Gustafson, Garrett K. Johnson and Riley Johnson; and his siblings, George Radivonyk, Edward Radivonyk, Anna Brunson, Mary Tower, Julia Blanchard and Alice Raspperry.
