He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard M. Collins and Trudy Collins (Cooney). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Collins of Leominster, Timothy Collins of Marlborough, Brendan Collins of Leominster, Patrick Collins of St, Cathleen Small of Clinton, Barbara Landry of Holden, Martha Mauro of Marlborough, Sheila Thebado of Northborough and Maggie Fiorentino of Oviedo, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
