He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Torres and Angela Gomez; and his sisters, Gregoria Torres and Margarita Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Nelida M. Gomez (Luna); his children, Santos Gomez, Jimmy Gomez (Bette Mallozi), Stephen Gomez (Bonnie) and Lynda Russell; his stepchildren, Gilbert Guzman (Ana Burgos), Ana Voltz-Didion (Randle Didion), Rafael Rivera (Leda Pedroga), Evelyn Colon (Santos) and Domingo Luna; and his grandchildren, Zachary Gomez, Haley Gomez, Santina Russell and John Russell. He is also survived by his many children, stepchildren and grandchildren.
