He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur E. Wilkins and Iris E. Wilkins (Wheeler); his wife Carol E. Hovey; his daughters, Karen, Linda (Matt) and Nancy (Jeff); his grandsons, James and Danny Breen; and his siblings, Edward, Charles, Adrian, Linda, Warren and Marjorie. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, Roger's family requests donations be made in his memory to the Hudson Firefighters Relief Association, 296 Cox Street, Hudson MA 01749.
