He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvia Jacobs (Berenson) and David Jacobs; his wife Joanne Jacobs (Zalkind); his daughters, Hope (David Pheifer) of Hudson, MA, Debra Jacobs of Somerville, MA and Cindy Jacobs (Eric Bilsky) of Silver Spring, MD.; his grandchildren, Eric (Katherine Pheifer) of Laguna Hills, CA, Andrew Pheifer (Ruby Villar) of Reno, NV, Scott Pheifer of Hudson, MA, Julia Pheifer (Nick Thomas) of Franklin, TN, Sam Bilsky, Asher Bilsky of Silver Spring, MD, Rosie Jacobs of Somerville, MA and Stella Jacobs of New York City; his brothers, Laurence (Kate Jacobs) of Santa Fe, NM and Theodore Jacobs (Bonnie Werby); and also Mark Sarver of Roslindale, MA.
