He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bausch and Helen Bausch; his son Robert W. Bausch; and his brother Frank Bausch. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bausch (Mills); his daughter Janis Bausch of Hudson; his grandchildren, Stacey Davis (Matt), Adam Conley (Ashley) and Kristen Luz (Hernani); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jillian, Brynlee Davis, Cameron, Brody, Owen Conley and Coby Luz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
