He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mitchell (Anes); his children, Scott (Sonia) of Georgetown, MA and Kelli Babcock (John Dalomba) of Narragansett, RI.; his grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas Mitchell, Makenzie and Jordan Babcock; and his great grandchildren, Xavier Estevez and Elijah Fenty.
