He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene M. Perry; his parents, Albert S. Perry, Sr. and Gertrude Perry (King); and his siblings, Albert S. Perry, Jr. and Carol A. Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly J. Perry of Tiverton, Laurie Sweeney of Attleboro, Sandy Brooks (Mike) of Norton, Kristen Perry of Ansonia, Robert Smith (late Joy) of Hudson and Jason Smith (Lisa) of Framingham; and his brothers, Monsignor John A. Perry of Fall River, Gerald Perry (Connie) of East Providence, RI and David Perry of Attleboro. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren.
