He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold Donahue, William "Bill" Donahue, John Donahue, Helen O'Brien and Doris Mahoney; and his parents, Harold Donahue and Mary Jane Donahue (Scott).

He is survived by: his children, Paul F. Donahue Jr. (Caigui Guo Donahue) of Barre, MA, Laura Everitt of Barre, MA, Scott Donahue (Kelly) of Whitinsville, MA and Derek Donahue (Nadine) of Dudley, MA; the mother of his children Velma M. Donahue (Andrade) of Grafton, MA.; and also, Brian Sleeper (Sherry) of Leominster, MA, Amy Morse (Jeffrey) of Hudson, MA and Julie Pote (Jamie) of Hudson, MA. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
