She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kerrigan and Maude Kerrigan (Myrick); her son Michael J. Shay; and her siblings, Thomas Kerrigan, Robert Kerrigan, William Kerrigan and John Kerrigan.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Shay, Jr.; and her children, Patricia M. Shay and Timothy J. Shay (Dawn Marie). She is also survived by two grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
