She is survived by: her husband Emanuel Graca of Hudson, MA; her children, Carlos Graca (Casey) of Hudson, Nelson Graca (Tracey) of San Diego, Brian Graca (Brianna) of Hudson and Sonia Demelo (Nelson) of Bolton; her sister Fatima Janeiro (Alvario); and her grandchildren, Kylie, Madison, Adrienne, Ava, Lillian, Owen, Aiden, Jillian and Olivia.
