She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Toole (Jill) of Marlborough, MA, Kevin O'Toole (Kim) of Georgia, Daniel O'Toole of New York and Tracy Bahn (David) of Belchertown, MA; her stepbrother Jack Lampinen (Lucy) of Hudson, MA; her sister Kathleen Lampinen of Worcester, MA.; her grandchildren, Jenelle, Ryan, Kristina, Angela, Cassandra, Adam and Taylor; her niece Katie; and her nephew Brian. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
