He is survived by: his wife Ines Costa (Chaves); his daughters, Ludevina C. Sousa (Jose) of Hudson, MA and Velma Bousquet (Kevin) of Townsend, MA; his grandchildren, Jessica Bousquet, Brett Bousquet, Cameron Sousa, Tyler Bousquet and Dale Sousa; his great grandchildren, Bria, Lila, Bryce and Levi; and his siblings, Antonio Costa of Cambridge, Ontario, Joao Costa of Hudson, MA, Maria Gloria Braga of Hudson, MA, Emilia Braga (Jose) of Hudson, MA and Maria Rosa Collins (Warren) of Hudson, MA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Manuel may be made to Boston Children's Hospital.
