He is survived by: his wife Aldina B. Chaves (Frias); his children, Antonio Chaves of Hudson, MA and Carla Hipolito (Tony) of Milford, MA.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary Hipolito and Kaleigh Chaves; his brother Eduardo Chaves of Canada; and his brother-in-law Joao Frias (Maria Alice Frias). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
